We will have the presence of international speakers as Laura Esquivel, from Mexico, who is the writer of several books translated into different languages (Like Water for Chocolate and Malinche, among others); Nicéforo Urbieta, indigenous Mexican-Zapotec painter author of “El Hallazgo” (Finding), which is the image of our conference; Mary Watkins, author of Waking Dreams, and of Invisible Guests: The Development of Imaginal Dialogues; Allen Koehn, Jungian analyst and former executive director of the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles; Patricia Torres, México, Anthropologist, Psychotherapist and linguist, certified and registered by UNESCO for the teaching and the therapeutic use of pre-Columbian dances; Lori Pye, Director for the Institute for Cultural Change & Center for Echopsychology, faculty at UCSB, Naropa University, Antioch University & Pacifica Graduate Institute. We will have a Round Table with historian Jaime Montell, depth psychologist Sven Doehner and mythologist Pedro Servín, in which the encounter between Hernán Cortés and Moctezuma will be discussed from different perspectives: historical, philosophical, psychological and mythological.

Jung de Los Ángeles; Patricia Torres, de México, antropóloga, psicoterapeuta y linguista, con certificación y registro por parte de la UNESCO para el uso terapéutico y pedagógico de la danza precolombina; Lori Pye, directora del Institute for Cultural Change & y el Center for Echopsychology (Instituto para el cambio cultural y el Centro para la eco-psicología), docente en UCSB, Naropa University, Antioch University y Pacifica Graduate Institute. Tendremos una Mesa Redonda con el historiador Jaime Montell, el psicólogo profundo Sven Doehner y el mitólogo Pedro Servín en donde se discutirá sobre el encuentro entre Hernán Cortés y Moctezuma desde diversas perspectivas: histórica, filosófica, psicológica y mitológica.
